Rooted in clarity.
Driven by curiosity.
Built for real change.
I offer full-spectrum medical and therapeutic support for individuals struggling with disordered eating. Whether it’s been overlooked, misunderstood, or mislabeled in the past, I work with you to uncover root causes, address medical complications, and develop a plan that reflects your unique history and needs.
Includes:
Initial intake, review of labs and diagnostics, and full health history
Includes psychiatric evaluation and tailored nutrition/lifestyle planning
Collaboration with your existing therapist, dietitian, or support team as needed
Medical and psychiatric support, lab review, and plan adjustments across your care journey
If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but still feel off, you’re not alone. I specialize in identifying personalized root causes for your symptoms. This may include hormonal imbalances, gut issues, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, genetic vulnerabilities, toxic burden, traumatic experiences and more. Every person is unique and deserves systems thinking and clinical precision. Advanced testing may be recommended.
Common Conditions I See:
Sometimes the body needs a different kind of support. I offer a curated set of infusion therapies to aid recovery,
enhance cognitive function, and support your nervous system. Every protocol is personalized.
Therapies offered:
(for treatment-resistant depression, trauma, eating disorders)
(for neurological healing and cellular support)
(for immune support, energy, and repletion)
Consult in parallel to your doctor virtual/around the country
I offer focused, short-term consultations for patients looking for answers, clarity, or direction—without switching doctors. These virtual sessions are available across the country and designed to work in parallel with your current care team.
I’ll review your records, assess your case, and offer next-step recommendations grounded in internal medicine and psychiatry.
For patients looking for a higher level of ongoing care, I offer root-cause-focused primary care that integrates functional, psychiatric, and internal medicine. This relationship-based approach is designed for patients who want a thinking partner and long-term collaboration.
(Available to a limited number of patients per year.)
Trauma often plays a role in the body’s story. We have many defensives to protect ourselves from reliving trauma throughout the day. This can show up in how our body responds to the toxins, infections and the world around us.
In my practice, I look at how past stressors may be influencing your symptoms today and use that context to guide care that’s clear, grounded, and supportive. I can also offer trauma-specialist referrals when necessary.
I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
If you’re using HSA/FSA funds, most services qualify.
I see adults (18+) and occasionally older adolescents on a case-by-case basis. Most of my patients are dealing with complex or chronic concerns, eating disorders, or persistent symptoms without clear answers.
No referral is needed. You can book directly.
Personalized, Complex Care
My goal is to offer thorough, compassionate, and personalized care for individuals with complex or chronic conditions.
This practice is not designed for acute or urgent care. For new or worsening symptoms, please contact your primary care provider or visit your nearest urgent care or emergency department as appropriate.
Insurance & Payment
This is a direct-pay practice and does not contract with insurance companies. A detailed receipt (superbill) will be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier, which may reimburse a portion of the cost if you have out-of-network benefits. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Because the time and depth of care I provide does not fit within typical insurance reimbursement models, all visits are billed based on the time we spend together and the additional hours required for:
Testing and Additional Costs
As part of my care, I may recommend labs or specialty testing not typically ordered in standard care. This can include:
Please be aware that these may not be covered by your insurance, and costs can vary depending on the lab and your individual coverage. Whenever possible, I will share cost estimates or low-cost lab alternatives in advance.
Continuity of Care
Follow-up visits are scheduled based on your individual care plan.
Important Note
While my goal is to help you achieve better health and quality of life, no medical treatment can guarantee results. Every diagnosis and treatment plan is highly individualized and developed with thoughtfulness and care. Your progress will depend on many factors, including your history, underlying causes, how your body responds over time, and your engagement in implementing and following the treatment plan.
