Not everything fits neatly into a diagnosis code.
Many of my patients come to me after seeing multiple providers, still without answers — or worse, with answers that don’t feel right.
Eating disorders are deeply misunderstood — even within medicine.
I’ve built my expertise here because I saw how often people were dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told their symptoms were “all in their head.” I treat a full range of eating disorders and disordered eating, including complex and atypical presentations.
I offer comprehensive care that considers medical, psychological, and lifestyle factors. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, years into recovery, or not sure what you’re dealing with, you’re not alone, and you’re not broken.
I treat:
These are not the same, but they often live on the same spectrum. Skipping meals, compulsive exercise, rigid food rules, or chronic “clean eating” may not meet the full criteria for an eating disorder, but they still matter. These patterns are often the warning signs, and early intervention can prevent years of suffering.
I work with both patients and professionals to better identify and understand these nuances.
If you’ve ever been told “your labs are normal,” but you still feel off, you’re in the right place. I specialize in cases where symptoms don’t fit the textbook. Brain fog, fatigue, GI issues, pain, hormone fluctuations, dizziness — all of it means something. You deserve a doctor who will take the time to look deeper and connect the dots.
Chronic illness can feel like a full-time job. I work with patients experiencing long-standing health challenges such as:
Post-viral syndromes
Chronic fatigue
Long COVID
Hormonal imbalances
Nervous system dysregulation
Digestive disorders and gut dysfunction
This kind of care requires persistence, creativity, and collaboration, all of which are core to my practice.
You don’t have to be sick to want to feel better. Whether you’re aiming for longevity, sharper focus, better sleep, or more stable energy, we work together to build a personalized plan that supports your goals and your day-to-day life.
Depending on your needs, this may include advanced diagnostics such as:
This is a precision-based, personalized approach to medicine, designed to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more resilient.
Your mind and body aren’t separate. Whether you’re managing trauma, anxiety, or longstanding health concerns that impact your mood, I take an integrative approach that supports both your biology and your lived experience. I often work with people who’ve been told their symptoms are “psychosomatic” — a dismissive diagnosis that ignores the deeper story.
Many of my patients come to me after months (or years) of feeling dismissed, confused, or stuck. Whether you’re navigating symptoms that don’t make sense, struggling with food and body image, or simply ready for a new kind of care, I’m here to help.
I don’t take insurance, but I do provide documentation you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Not sure if I’m the right fit?
Start with a consultation and we’ll explore it together.
I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
If you’re using HSA/FSA funds, most services qualify.
I see adults (18+) and occasionally older adolescents on a case-by-case basis. Most of my patients are dealing with complex or chronic concerns, eating disorders, or persistent symptoms without clear answers.
No referral is needed. You can book directly.
Personalized, Complex Care
My goal is to offer thorough, compassionate, and personalized care for individuals with complex or chronic conditions.
This practice is not designed for acute or urgent care. For new or worsening symptoms, please contact your primary care provider or visit your nearest urgent care or emergency department as appropriate.
Insurance & Payment
This is a direct-pay practice and does not contract with insurance companies. A detailed receipt (superbill) will be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier, which may reimburse a portion of the cost if you have out-of-network benefits. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Because the time and depth of care I provide does not fit within typical insurance reimbursement models, all visits are billed based on the time we spend together and the additional hours required for:
Testing and Additional Costs
As part of my care, I may recommend labs or specialty testing not typically ordered in standard care. This can include:
Please be aware that these may not be covered by your insurance, and costs can vary depending on the lab and your individual coverage. Whenever possible, I will share cost estimates or low-cost lab alternatives in advance.
Continuity of Care
Follow-up visits are scheduled based on your individual care plan.
Important Note
While my goal is to help you achieve better health and quality of life, no medical treatment can guarantee results. Every diagnosis and treatment plan is highly individualized and developed with thoughtfulness and care. Your progress will depend on many factors, including your history, underlying causes, how your body responds over time, and your engagement in implementing and following the treatment plan.
