Please note: Dr. Daganzo operates a private, out-of-network practice and does not accept insurance. Superbills can be provided for reimbursement depending on your plan. This allows her to spend more time with each patient and provide the in-depth, personalized care that complex conditions deserve.
I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
If you’re using HSA/FSA funds, most services qualify.
I see adults (18+) and occasionally older adolescents on a case-by-case basis. Most of my patients are dealing with complex or chronic concerns, eating disorders, or persistent symptoms without clear answers.
No referral is needed. You can book directly.

This practice is not designed for acute or urgent care. For new or worsening symptoms, please contact your primary care provider or visit your nearest urgent care or emergency department as appropriate.
Insurance & Payment
This is a direct-pay practice and does not contract with insurance companies. A detailed receipt (superbill) will be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier, which may reimburse a portion of the cost if you have out-of-network benefits. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Because the time and depth of care I provide does not fit within typical insurance reimbursement models, all visits are billed based on the time we spend together and the additional hours required for:
